Mini Masters at The Brick Zone has been created to give kids a fun and creative activity in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland during the school holidays.

You don’t need to be the best LEGO builder or super creative, as our challenges are designed to help Mini Masters create builds they’ll be proud of. The competitive element of Mini Masters is relaxed and fun, and all involved are assisted throughout their builds.

One winner will be announced for each session, and at the end of the holidays the Grand Winner will be announced!

Each Mini Master can take home their build, including the 16×16 baseplate.

Each session is 90 minutes and is for age groups 7-9, and and 10-13. Group sizes are capped at 12 per session.

  • Your hosts Rich & Freya will be presenting the LEGO challenges and assisting
  • One 16×16 baseplate per child and their build is included
  • Snacks provided

Bookings are $30 per Mini Master

Sessions will be divided into the following age groups:

Ages 7-9

Ages 10-13

Groups of 4 friends are encouraged, and the session is capped at 12 Mini Masters.

1/ How competitive is the competition? Our focus is not on winning, but encouraging children to create a build they will be proud of. We are here to help ensure that happens. 

2/ What are the prizes? Each session will have a small prize, with the overall winner receiving a LEGO trophy.

3/ Can parents help their children? Our experience tells us builders are best left to use their own imaginations, and our challenges are designed to facilitate that process.

4/ Can we keep what we build? Yes your build is yours to keep. You get one 16×16 baseplate, and all the pieces you use in your challenge build.

5/ Can we book a group? You are welcome to book in a group, preferably in groups of 4. With Mini Masters each child builds on their own, no teaming up with these sessions.
